900,000 Android Apps From Play Store

Google wants to reduce the threat of malware and other issues plaguing Android apps, so it wants to remove apps that have been not been updated.

Google is not going to be alone in this exercise, as Apple is expected to push out iOS apps from the App Store as well.

Google is giving developers ample time to update their apps. It says by November 1, 2022 apps can be updated to keep them available on the Play Store for its millions of users.
